Policy & Procedures

• The conference fee indicated is the fee per participant.
• On receipt of registration the sent invoice should be paid within 2 weeks.
• Registrations less than 2 weeks prior to the conference will receive an electronic invoice which has to be paid prior to the congress.
• Payments not received within the given time, statutory interest and administration costs of euro 35,- will be charged.
• The fees include congress participation (all day), conference proceedings, coffee & tea during breaks, lunches, Sunday evening opening gathering (incl. dinner), a special invitation to the Monday evening dinner program and reception.

Space availability

Participation is based on availability and may sell out prior to the conference date.

Cancellation

• All cancellations will be subjected to a € 450,= (excl. 19% VAT) cancellation fee . However, you are allowed to send a substitute to replace you.
• Cancellation of a table top reservation will be subjected to a € 250,= (excl. 19% VAT) cancellation fee.
